The concrete mixers of the "Vortex" line of production equipment are designed for the preparation of mainly rigid concrete mixes and mortars both in the conditions of workshops and on open construction sites, including in the production of reinforced concrete products for various purposes. These units have fixed stationary bowls fixed on supports.

Concrete mixer of forced action. BPD 1200 "Vortex 1" is a cyclic device designed for the preparation of concrete mixes and mortars with a filler size of up to 40 mm.
Features of "Vortex 1":

• The volume of the finished batch is 200 liters;
• Power – 4 kW.

PROfessional series. BPD 2300 PRO "Vortex 2" is ideal for the preparation of rigid molding mixtures with a low water content and a large number of various additives (pigments, plasticizers, etc.).
Features of "Whirlwind 2":

• The volume of the finished batch is 300 liters;
• Power – 5.5 kW.

PROfessional series. Concrete mixer BPD 3500 PRO "Vortex 3" is designed for the production of mortars and fine-grained concrete with different water-cement ratio. BPD 3500 PRO "Vortex 3" is not recommended for the production of heavy concrete with a large aggregate.
Features of "Whirlwind 3":

• The volume of the finished batch is 500 liters;
• Power – 11 kW.
